Aluminum core construction circuit boards

The insulating layer plays a role of insulation, usually 50 ~ 200um. If it is too thick, it can act as an insulation and prevent short circuit with the metal base, but it will affect the heat dissipation; if it is too thin, it can dissipate heat well, but it is likely to cause a short circuit between the metal core and the component lead.
The insulating layer (or prepreg) is placed on anodized and insulated aluminum plates, and the copper layers on the laminated surface are firmly bonded together.

Aluminum circuit boards are widely used in LED lighting industry as the good heat dissipation and energy saving. LED light circuit boards always use white solder mask oil because of the good reflective. Our aluminum circuit boards are made of highly reflective white oil, which is 3-5% more reflective than ordinary white oil, whiter and better. Aluminum circuit boards is a metal-based copper clad plate with good heat dissipation function. Generally, the single layer is composed of three-layer structure, which is a circuit layer (copper foil), an insulating layer and a metal base layer. Also used for high tech use is designed as double layers, the structure is circuit layer, insulation layer, aluminum base, insulation layer, circuit layer. A very small number of applications are multi-layer boards, which can be made of ordinary multi-layer boards combined with an insulating layer and an aluminum base.
