Q:Are you a factory or a trade company ?
A:We are factory for 14 years in shenzhen and also run trade business thoughtout the world.
Q:what's your MOQ ?
A:The MOQ is 2000pcs if you need OEM order, small order also can be accepted.
Q:Sample time ? Free or charge and refundable? 
A:About 2-5 days for sample after payment received ,sample fee will be returned after the order.
Q:How to pay the sample fee ?
A: Paypal ,western union or T/T will be accepted
Q:Can we choose the color we like and print logo on the product and package ?
A:Of course you can, pls provide the pantone color number and your artwork.
Q:How much for the logo print on the product ?
A: $0.04/color/spot will be added.
Q:How about the production time and shipping means ?
A: 20-25 days will be needed after the sample and deposit confirmed ,shipping by air (door to door )or by sea(FOB shenzhen or HK ).
Q: How's your payment terms ?
A:Mostly T/T 30% deposit before production and 70% balance before shippment. L/C is also can be accepted.
Q:What's the products warranty time ? How will you do when it goes wrong during the warranty ?
A: We provide 6 months warranty ,during this time it goes wrong not by human. pls provide us pictures ,we will give you the credit note for the next order usage.
