Tianma Microelectronics Co., Ltd. (hereafter called TIANMA) TM050YVHR01-00 is a 5.0 inch diagonal a-Si TFT-LCD display screen product, with an incorporated WLED lighting system, without backlight driver, touchscreen PCAP. Based on datasheet with version of Pre Ver1.5 which was released out on 10 9 2018, TM050YVHR01-00 supports display 480(RGB)×800 (WVGA) with aspect ratio of 3:5 (W:H), whose pixels are arranged in RGB Vertical Stripe. As for mechanical detail, it features active area of 64.8(W)×108(H) mm, outline size of 80.41(W)×140.6(H) mm, with surface treament of Hard coating, net weight of TBD. As a ECB, Normally White, Transflective LCM product, TM050YVHR01-00 can provides 140 cd/m² display brightness 40:1 transimissive contrast ratio, 19:1 (Typ.) reflective contrast ratio, 25/25/35/35 (Typ.)(CR≥10) (L/R/U/D) viewing angle, best view direction on 5 o'clock , and response time of 30 (Typ.)(Tr+Td) ms., thus presenting a palette of 65K colors, also with performance of color gamut 20% (NTSC). This product adopted 5S2P WLED as it's backlight systerm which was placed as Edge light type and have a working life time of 15K hours, external backlight driver is additionally needed. TM050YVHR01-00 utilizes CPU as it's signal inputting systerm, which connected by 51 pins FPC with power supply voltage of 1.8/2.8V (Typ.)(IOVCC/VDD).
