Tianma Microelectronics Co., Ltd. (hereafter called TIANMA) TM050RDZP02 is a 5.0 inch diagonal a-Si TFT-LCD display screen product, with an incorporated WLED lighting system, without backlight driver, without touch screen. Based on datasheet with version of Ver0.9 which was released out on 4 14 2017, TM050RDZP02 supports display 800(RGB)×480 (WVGA) with aspect ratio of 15:9 (W:H), whose pixels are arranged in RGB Ttilt Stripe. As for mechanical detail, it features active area of 108.6(W)×65.16(H) mm, outline size of 122.9(W)×81(H)×12.95(D) mm, with surface treament of Antiglare, net weight of 120±6g. As a SFT, Normally Black, Transmissive LCM product, TM050RDZP02 can provides 420 cd/m² display brightness 700:1 transimissive contrast ratio, 88/88/88/88 (Typ.)(CR≥10) (L/R/U/D) viewing angle, best view direction on Symmetry , and response time of 50 (Max.)(Tr+Td) ms. Gray scale or the brightness of the sub-pixel is determined with a 6-bit / 8-bit gray scale signal for each dot, thus presenting a palette of 262K/16.7M colors, also with performance of color gamut 70% (NTSC). This product adopted 4S2P WLED as it's backlight systerm which was placed as Edge light type and have a working life time of 10K hours, external backlight driver is additionally needed. TM050RDZP02 utilizes Parallel RGB (1 ch, 6/8-bit) as it's signal inputting systerm, which connected by 40 pins FPC with power supply voltage of 3.3V (Typ.). It's typical vertical frame rate (Fv) is 60Hz.
