(hereafter called TIANMA) TM040YDHG32 is a 4.0 inch diagonal a-Si TFT-LCD display screen product, with an incorporated WLED lighting system, without backlight driver, without touch screen. This Tianma TFT-LCD is a 4.0 inch with Consumer Lcd Display, it have LCD Controller and Tft Color Screen. Based on datasheet with version of Final Ver2.0 which was released out on 10 25 2018, TM040YDHG32 supports display 480(RGB)×800 (WVGA) with aspect ratio of 3:5 (W:H), whose pixels are arranged in RGB Vertical Stripe. As for mechanical detail, it features active area of 51.84(W)×86.4(H) mm, outline size of 56.34(W)×95.7(H)×1.93(D) mm, viewing area size of 52.84(W)×87.4(H) mm, with surface treament of Hard coating, net weight of 22.6g (Typ.). As a IPS, Normally Black, Transmissive LCM product, TM040YDHG32 can provides 550 cd/m² display brightness 800:1 transimissive contrast ratio, 80/80/80/80 (Typ.)(CR≥10) (L/R/U/D) viewing angle, best view direction on Symmetry , and response time of 25 (Typ.)(Tr+Td) ms. Gray scale or the brightness of the sub-pixel is determined with a 8-bit gray scale signal for each dot, thus presenting a palette of 16.7M colors, also with performance of color gamut 70% (NTSC). This product adopted 8S1P WLED as it's backlight systerm which was placed as Edge light type, external backlight driver is additionally needed. TM040YDHG32 utilizes MIPI (2 data lanes) as it's signal inputting systerm, which connected by 25 pins FPC with power supply voltage of (1.8/2.8)/2.8V (Typ.)(IOVCC/VDD). It's typical vertical frame rate (Fv) is 60Hz.
