PD040QX1 is a 4.0" diagonal a-Si TFT-LCD display panel product from Prime View International Co., Ltd. (hereafter called PVI), with an integral WLED backlight system, without backlight driver, without touch screen. It features an operating temperature range of -30 ~ 80°C , a storage temperature range of -40 ~ 80°C .This PVI TFT-LCD is a 4.0 inch with Consumer Lcd Display, it have LCD Controller, Backlight Cable and Tft Color Screen. PD040QX1 supports display 320(RGB)×240 (QVGA) with aspect ratio of 4:3 (W:H), whose pixels are arranged in RGB Vertical Stripe. As for mechanical detail, it features active area of 81.12(W)×60.84(H) mm, outline size of 93(W)×73.5(H) mm, viewing area size of 84.32(W)×64.04(H) mm, with surface treament of Antiglare, net weight of 46.0±5.0g. As a TN, Normally White, Transmissive LCM product, PD040QX1 can provides 350 cd/m² display brightness 400:1 transimissive contrast ratio, 80/80/50/60 (Typ.)(CR≥10) (L/R/U/D) viewing angle, best view direction on 6 o'clock , and response time of 15/25 (Typ.)(Tr/Td) ms. Gray scale or the brightness of the sub-pixel is determined with a 8-bit gray scale signal for each dot, thus presenting a palette of 16.7M colors. This product adopted 4S2P WLED as it's backlight systerm which was placed as Edge light type and have a working life time of 30K hours, external backlight driver is additionally needed. PD040QX1 utilizes TTL (1 ch, 8-bit) as it's signal inputting systerm, which connected by 60 pins FPC with power supply voltage of 3.3/3.3/9.6/17.0/-8.0V (Typ.)(VCC1/VCC2/VDDA/VCG/VEE).
