Prime View International Co., Ltd. (hereafter called PVI) PA040XS1 is a 4.0 inch diagonal a-Si TFT-LCD display screen product, with an incorporated CCFL lighting system, without backlight driver, without touch screen. This PVI TFT-LCD is a 4.0 inch with Consumer Lcd Display, it have LCD Controller , Backlight Cable and Tft Color Screen. Based on datasheet with version of Ver6.0 which was released out on 7 22 2010, PA040XS1 supports display 320(RGB)×234 with aspect ratio of 4:3 (W:H), whose pixels are arranged in RGB Vertical Stripe. As for mechanical detail, it features active area of 81.12(W)×61.78(H) mm, outline size of 96(W)×75.98(H)×6.5(D) mm, viewing area size of 84.32(W)×64.98(H) mm, with surface treament of Antiglare, net weight of 74.0±5.0g. As a TN, Normally White, Transmissive LCM product, PA040XS1 can provides 350 cd/m² display brightness 350:1 transimissive contrast ratio, 50/50/15/35 (Typ.)(CR≥10) (L/R/U/D) viewing angle, best view direction on 6 o'clock , and response time of 15/25 (Typ.)(Tr/Td) ms., thus presenting a palette of Full color colors. This product adopted 1 pcs CCFL as it's backlight systerm and have a working life time of 10K hours, external backlight driver is additionally needed. PA040XS1 utilizes TFT Specific Analog RGB as it's signal inputting systerm, which connected by 28 pins FPC with power supply voltage of 3.3/3.3/5.0/17.0/-12.0V (Typ.)(VCC/VDD/AVDD/VGH/VGL).
