AA106TA11DDA11 is a 10.6" diagonal a-Si TFT-LCD display panel product from Mitsubishi Electric Corporation (hereafter called Mitsubishi), with an integral WLED backlight system, without backlight driver, touch screen PCAP, Air Bonding. It features an operating temperature range of -30 ~ 70°C , a storage temperature range of -30 ~ 80°C,This Mitsubishi TFT-LCD is a 10.6 inch with Consumer Lcd Display, it have LCD Controller, Backlight Cable and Tft Color Screen.AA106TA11DDA11 supports display 1280(RGB)×768 (WXGA) with aspect ratio of 15:9 (W:H), whose pixels are arranged in RGB Vertical Stripe. As for mechanical detail, it features active area of 231.36(W)×138.816(H) mm, outline size of 260(W)×167(H) mm, with surface treament of Clear, Antireflection, net weight of 640g. As a SWV, Normally Black, Transmissive LCM product, AA106TA11DDA11 can provides 800 cd/m² display brightness 1000:1 transimissive contrast ratio, 85/85/85/85 (Typ.)(CR≥10) (L/R/U/D) viewing angle, best view direction on Symmetry , and response time of 12/12 (Typ.)(Tr/Td) ms. Gray scale or the brightness of the sub-pixel is determined with a 6-bit / 8-bit gray scale signal for each dot, thus presenting a palette of 262K/16.7M colors, also with performance of color gamut 50% (NTSC). This product adopted WLED as it's backlight systerm which was placed as Edge light type and have a working life time of 100K hours, external backlight driver is additionally needed.
