AA121XN03 Mitsubishi 12.1 inch TFT-LCD

AA121XN03 is a 12.1" diagonal a-Si TFT-LCD display panel product from Mitsubishi Electric Corporation (hereafter called Mitsubishi), with an integral WLED backlight system, With LED Driver , without touch screen. It features an operating temperature range of -30 ~ 80°C , a storage temperature range of -30 ~ 80°C,This  Mitsubishi TFT-LCD is a 12.1 inch with Consumer Lcd Display, it have LCD Controller, Backlight Cable and Tft Color Screen. AA121XN03 supports display 1024(RGB)×768 (XGA) with aspect ratio of 4:3 (W:H), whose pixels are arranged in RGB Vertical Stripe. As for mechanical detail, it features active area of 245.76(W)×184.32(H) mm, outline size of 260.5(W)×203(H)×10(D) mm, viewing area size of 249.0(W)×187.5(H) mm, with surface treament of Antiglare, Hard coating (3H), net weight of 590g (Typ.). As a TN, Normally White, Transmissive LCM product, AA121XN03 can provides 700 cd/m² display brightness 800:1 transimissive contrast ratio, 80/80/80/80 (Typ.)(CR≥10) (L/R/U/D) viewing angle, best view direction on 6 o'clock , and response time of 4/12 (Typ.)(Tr/Td) ms. Gray scale or the brightness of the sub-pixel is determined with a 6-bit / 8-bit gray scale signal for each dot, thus presenting a palette of 262K/16.7M colors, also with performance of color gamut 40% (NTSC). This product adopted WLED as it's backlight systerm which was placed as Edge light type and have a working life time of 100K hours, With LED Driver. AA121XN03 utilizes LVDS (1 ch, 6/8-bit) as it's signal inputting systerm, which connected by 20 pins Connector with power supply voltage of 3.3V (Typ.). It's typical vertical frame rate (Fv) is 60Hz.
