AA090ME01--T1 Mitsubishi 9.0 inch TFT-LCD

Mitsubishi Electric Corporation (hereafter called Mitsubishi) AA090ME01--T1 (Alias: T-55561D090J-LW-A-ABN) is a 9.0 inch diagonal a-Si TFT-LCD display screen product, with an incorporated WLED lighting system, without backlight driver, touch screen 4-wire Resistive Touch.  This  Mitsubishi TFT-LCD is a 9.0 inch with Consumer Lcd Display, it have LCD Controller, Backlight Cable and Tft Color Screen. Based on datasheet with version of 20091110 which was released out on 11 10 2009, AA090ME01--T1 supports display 800(RGB)×480 (WVGA) with aspect ratio of 15:9 (W:H), whose pixels are arranged in RGB Vertical Stripe. As for mechanical detail, it features active area of 196.8(W)×118.08(H) mm, outline size of 219(W)×136.2(H)×11.6(D) mm, viewing area size of 199.4(W)×120.7(H) mm, with surface treament of Antiglare, Hard coating (3H), net weight of 410g (Typ.). As a SWV, Normally Black, Transmissive LCM product, AA090ME01--T1 can provides 320 cd/m² display brightness 850:1 transimissive contrast ratio, 85/85/85/85 (Typ.)(CR≥10) (L/R/U/D) viewing angle, best view direction on Symmetry , and response time of 12/12 (Typ.)(Tr/Td) ms. Gray scale or the brightness of the sub-pixel is determined with a 6-bit / 6-bit + Hi-FRC gray scale signal for each dot, thus presenting a palette of 262K/16.7M colors, also with performance of color gamut 72% (NTSC). This product adopted 7S2P WLED as it's backlight systerm which was placed as Edge light type (Bottom side) and have a working life time of 60K hours, external backlight driver is additionally needed. AA090ME01--T1 utilizes LVDS (1 ch, 6/8-bit) as it's signal inputting systerm, which connected by 20 pins Connector with power supply voltage of 3.3V (Typ.). It's typical vertical frame rate (Fv) is 60Hz.
