AA150XW01 is a 15.0 inch diagonal a-Si TFT-LCD display screen product from Mitsubishi, with a built-in WLED backlight, With LED Driver, without touch screen. This Mitsubishi TFT-LCD is a 15.0 inch with Consumer Lcd Display, it have LCD Controller, Backlight Cable and Tft Color Screen. On the basis of latest version datasheet 20140620 which was released out on 6 20 2014, AA150XW01 supports display 1024(RGB)×768 (XGA) with aspect ratio of 4:3 (W:H), whose pixels are arranged in RGB Vertical Stripe. As for mechanical detail, it features active area of 304.128(W)×228.096(H) mm, outline size of 326(W)×255(H)×11(D) mm, viewing area size of 308.1(W)×232.1(H) mm, with surface treament of Antiglare, Hard coating (3H), net weight of 1.05Kgs (Typ.). This product adopted WLED as it's backlight systerm which was placed as Edge light type and have a working life time of 100K hours, With LED Driver. AA150XW01 utilizes LVDS (1 ch, 6/8-bit) as it's signal inputting systerm, which connected by 20 pins Connector with power supply voltage of 3.3V (Typ.). It's typical vertical frame rate (Fv) is 60Hz.
