Mitsubishi Electric Corporation (hereafter called Mitsubishi) AA121TD11 (Alias: T-55592D121J-LW-A-ABN) is a 12.1 inch diagonal a-Si TFT-LCD display screen product, with an incorporated WLED lighting system, without backlight driver, without touch screen. This Mitsubishi TFT-LCD is a 12.1 inch with Consumer Lcd Display, it have LCD Controller, Backlight Cable and Tft Color Screen. Based on datasheet with version of 20110929 which was released out on 9 9 2011, AA121TD11 supports display 1280(RGB)×800 (WXGA) with aspect ratio of 16:10 (W:H), whose pixels are arranged in RGB Vertical Stripe. As for mechanical detail, it features active area of 261.12(W)×163.2(H) mm, outline size of 283(W)×185.1(H)×10.2(D) mm, viewing area size of 263.52(W)×165.60(H) mm, with surface treament of Antiglare, Hard coating (3H), net weight of 580g (Typ.). As a TN, Normally White, Transmissive LCM product, AA121TD11 can provides 1500 cd/m² display brightness 700:1 transimissive contrast ratio, 80/80/80/60 (Typ.)(CR≥10) (L/R/U/D) viewing angle, best view direction on 6 o'clock , and response time of 4/12 (Typ.)(Tr/Td) ms. Gray scale or the brightness of the sub-pixel is determined with a 6-bit / 6-bit + Hi-FRC gray scale signal for each dot, thus presenting a palette of 262K/16.7M colors, also with performance of color gamut 40% (NTSC). This product adopted 4 strings WLED as it's backlight systerm which was placed as Edge light type and have a working life time of 100K hours, external backlight driver is additionally needed. AA121TD11 utilizes LVDS (1 ch, 6/8-bit) as it's signal inputting systerm, which connected by 20 pins Connector with power supply voltage of 3.3V (Typ.). It's typical vertical frame rate (Fv) is 60Hz.
