AA070MC01 Mitsubishi 7.0 inch TFT-LCD

The AA070MC01 (Alias: T-55692D070H-LW-A-AAN) is a 7.0 inch diagonal a-Si TFT-LCD display panel product from Mitsubishi Electric Corporation (hereafter called Mitsubishi), with an integral WLED backlight system, With LED Driver , without touch screen. It features an operating temperature range of -30 ~ 80°C , a storage temperature range of -30 ~ 80°C. This  Mitsubishi TFT-LCD is a 7.0 inch with Consumer Lcd Display, it have LCD Controller, Backlight Cable and Tft Color Screen. AA070MC01 supports display 800(RGB)×480 (WVGA) with aspect ratio of 15:9 (W:H), whose pixels are arranged in RGB Vertical Stripe. As for mechanical detail, it features active area of 152.4(W)×91.44(H) mm, outline size of 169.8(W)×109.7(H)×9.4(D) mm, viewing area size of 156.4(W)×95.5(H) mm, with surface treament of Clear, Hard coating (3H), net weight of 200g (Typ.). As a SWV, Normally Black, Transmissive LCM product, AA070MC01 can provides 1000 cd/m² display brightness 1000:1 transimissive contrast ratio, 88/88/88/88 (Typ.)(CR≥10) (L/R/U/D) viewing angle, best view direction on Symmetry , and response time of 12/12 (Typ.)(Tr/Td) ms. Gray scale or the brightness of the sub-pixel is determined with a 6-bit / 8-bit gray scale signal for each dot, thus presenting a palette of 262K/16.7M colors, also with performance of color gamut 50% (NTSC). This product adopted WLED as it's backlight systerm which was placed as Edge light type and have a working life time of 100K hours, With LED Driver. AA070MC01 utilizes LVDS (1 ch, 6/8-bit) as it's signal inputting systerm, which connected by 20 pins Connector with power supply voltage of 3.3V (Typ.). It's typical vertical frame rate (Fv) is 60Hz.
