AA065VD11 Mitsubishi 6.5 inch TFT-LCD

The AA065VD11 (Alias: T-55465D065J-LW-A-ACN) is a 6.5 inch diagonal a-Si TFT-LCD display panel product from Mitsubishi Electric Corporation (hereafter called Mitsubishi), with an integral WLED backlight system, without backlight driver, without touch screen. It features an operating temperature range of -30 ~ 80°C , a storage temperature range of -30 ~ 80°C.This  Mitsubishi TFT-LCD is a 6.5 inch with Consumer Lcd Display, it have LCD Controller, Backlight Cable and Tft Color Screen. AA065VD11 supports display 640(RGB)×480 (VGA) with aspect ratio of 4:3 (W:H), whose pixels are arranged in RGB Vertical Stripe. As for mechanical detail, it features active area of 132.48(W)×99.36(H) mm, outline size of 154(W)×121(H) mm, viewing area size of 135.5(W)×102.4(H) mm, with surface treament of Antiglare, Hard coating (3H), net weight of 185g (Typ.). As a TN, Normally White, Transmissive LCM product, AA065VD11 can provides 1300 cd/m² display brightness 600:1 transimissive contrast ratio, 80/80/80/60 (Typ.)(CR≥10) (L/R/U/D) viewing angle, best view direction on 6 o'clock , and response time of 6/19 (Typ.)(Tr/Td) ms. Gray scale or the brightness of the sub-pixel is determined with a 6-bit gray scale signal for each dot, thus presenting a palette of 262K colors, also with performance of color gamut 40% (NTSC). This product adopted 2 strings WLED as it's backlight systerm which was placed as Edge light type (Top side) and have a working life time of 100K hours, external backlight driver is additionally needed. AA065VD11 utilizes CMOS (1 ch, 6-bit) as it's signal inputting systerm, which connected by 31 pins Connector with power supply voltage of 3.3V (Typ.). It's typical vertical frame rate (Fv) is 60Hz.
