AA150XT01 (Alias: T-55534D150J-LW-A-AAN) is a 15.0" diagonal a-Si TFT-LCD display panel product from Mitsubishi Electric Corporation (hereafter called Mitsubishi), with an integral WLED backlight system, without backlight driver, without touch screen. It features an operating temperature range of -20 ~ 70°C , a storage temperature range of -20 ~ 80°C.This Mitsubishi TFT-LCD is a 15.0 inch with Consumer Lcd Display, it have LCD Controller, Backlight Cable and Tft Color Screen. AA150XT01 supports display 1024(RGB)×768 (XGA) with aspect ratio of 4:3 (W:H), whose pixels are arranged in RGB Vertical Stripe. As for mechanical detail, it features active area of 304.128(W)×228.096(H) mm, outline size of 326(W)×255(H)×17.1(D) mm, viewing area size of 308.1(W)×232.1(H) mm, with surface treament of Antiglare, Hard coating (3H), net weight of 1.27Kgs (Typ.). As a TN, Normally White, Transmissive LCM product, AA150XT01 can provides 800 cd/m² display brightness 800:1 transimissive contrast ratio, 80/80/60/80 (Typ.)(CR≥10) (L/R/U/D) viewing angle, best view direction on 6 o'clock , and response time of 6/19 (Typ.)(Tr/Td) ms. Gray scale or the brightness of the sub-pixel is determined with a 6-bit / 6-bit + Hi-FRC gray scale signal for each dot, thus presenting a palette of 262K/16.7M colors, also with performance of color gamut 50% (NTSC). This product adopted 7S4P WLED as it's backlight systerm which was placed as Edge light type (Bottom side) and have a working life time of 100K hours, external backlight driver is additionally needed. AA150XT01 utilizes LVDS (1 ch, 6/8-bit) as it's signal inputting systerm, which connected by 20 pins Connector with power supply voltage of 3.3V (Typ.). It's typical vertical frame rate (Fv) is 60Hz.
