The M200FGE-L20 is a 20.0 inch diagonal a-Si TFT-LCD display panel product from Chimei Innolux Corporation (hereafter called Chimei Innolux), with an integral WLED backlight system, without backlight driver, without touch screen. It features an operating temperature range of 0 ~ 50°C , a storage temperature range of -20 ~ 60°C , This Innolux TFT-LCD is a 20.0 inch with Consumer Lcd Display, it have LCD Controller and Tft Color Screen. M200FGE-L20 supports display 1600(RGB)×900 (HD+) with aspect ratio of 16:9 (W:H), whose pixels are arranged in RGB Vertical Stripe. As for mechanical detail, it features active area of 442.8(W)×249.075(H) mm, outline size of 462.8(W)×272(H)×11(D) mm, viewing area size of 446.8(W)×253.2(H) mm, with surface treament of Antiglare (Haze 25%), Hard coating (3H), net weight of 1.63/1.80Kgs (Typ./Max.). As a TN, Normally White, Transmissive LCM product, M200FGE-L20 can provides 250 cd/m² display brightness 1000:1 transimissive contrast ratio, 85/85/80/80 (Typ.)(CR≥10) (L/R/U/D) viewing angle, best view direction on 6 o'clock , and response time of 1.5/3.5 (Typ.)(Tr/Td) ms. Gray scale or the brightness of the sub-pixel is determined with a 8-bit gray scale signal for each dot, thus presenting a palette of 16.7M colors, also with performance of color gamut 72% (NTSC). This product adopted 10S4P WLED as it's backlight systerm which was placed as Edge light type (Right side) and have a working life time of 50K hours, external backlight driver is additionally needed. M200FGE-L20 utilizes LVDS (2 ch, 8-bit) as it's signal inputting systerm, which connected by 30 pins Connector with power supply voltage of 5.0V (Typ.). It's typical vertical frame rate (Fv) is 60Hz.
