Innolux Corporation (hereafter called Innolux) NJ101IA-01S is a 10.1 inch diagonal a-Si TFT-LCD display screen product, with an incorporated WLED lighting system, without backlight driver, without touch screen. This Innolux TFT-LCD is a 10.1 inch with Consumer Lcd Display, it have LCD Controller and Tft Color Screen. Based on datasheet with version of Ver.01 which was released out on 9 1 2015, NJ101IA-01S supports display 1280(RGB)×800 (WXGA) with aspect ratio of 16:10 (W:H), whose pixels are arranged in RGB Vertical Stripe. As for mechanical detail, it features active area of 216.96(W)×135.6(H) mm, outline size of 229.46(W)×149.1(H)×7.7(D) mm, viewing area size of 219.46(W)×138.1(H) mm, with surface treament of Hard coating, net weight of 292.7g (Typ.). As a IPS, Normally Black, Transmissive LCM product, NJ101IA-01S can provides 500 cd/m² display brightness 800:1 transimissive contrast ratio, 85/85/85/85 (Typ.)(CR≥10) (L/R/U/D) viewing angle, best view direction on Symmetry , and response time of 10/15 (Typ.)(Tr/Td) ms. Gray scale or the brightness of the sub-pixel is determined with a 8-bit gray scale signal for each dot, thus presenting a palette of 16.7M colors, also with performance of color gamut 50% (NTSC). This product adopted WLED as it's backlight systerm which was placed as Edge light type and have a working life time of 20K hours, external backlight driver is additionally needed. NJ101IA-01S utilizes LVDS (1 ch, 8-bit) as it's signal inputting systerm, which connected by 40 pins Connector with power supply voltage of 2.5/8.2/22.0/-7.0V (Typ.)(VDD/AVDD/VGH/VGL).
