Chimei Innolux Corporation (hereafter called Chimei Innolux) Q070LRE-L81 is a 7.0 inch diagonal a-Si TFT-LCD display screen product, with an incorporated WLED lighting system, without backlight driver, without touch screen. This Innolux TFT-LCD is a 7.0 inch with Consumer Lcd Display, it have LCD Controller and Tft Color Screen.Based on datasheet with version of Final Ver03 which was released out on 7 12 2013, Q070LRE-L81 supports display 1024(RGB)×600 (WSVGA) with aspect ratio of 17:10 (W:H), whose pixels are arranged in RGB Vertical Stripe. As for mechanical detail, it features active area of 153.6(W)×90(H) mm, outline size of 167.25(W)×104.65(H) mm, viewing area size of 156.4(W)×92.8(H) mm, with surface treament of Glare (Haze 0%), net weight of 100g (Max.). As a TN, Normally White, Transmissive LCM product, Q070LRE-L81 can provides 350 cd/m² display brightness 700:1 transimissive contrast ratio, 75/75/75/70 (Typ.)(CR≥10) (L/R/U/D) viewing angle, best view direction on 12 o'clock , and response time of 10/15 (Typ.)(Tr/Td) ms. Gray scale or the brightness of the sub-pixel is determined with a 6-bit / 6-bit + Hi-FRC gray scale signal for each dot, thus presenting a palette of 262K/16.7M colors. This product adopted 4S6P WLED as it's backlight systerm which was placed as Edge light type and have a working life time of 20K hours, external backlight driver is additionally needed. Q070LRE-L81 utilizes LVDS (1 ch, 6/8-bit) as it's signal inputting systerm, which connected by 39 pins FPC with power supply voltage of 3.3V (Typ.). It's typical vertical frame rate (Fv) is 60Hz.
