Innolux Corporation (hereafter called Innolux) AT070TN84 V.1 (Alias: AT070TN84 V1) is a 7.0 inch diagonal a-Si TFT-LCD display screen product, with an incorporated WLED lighting system, without backlight driver, without touch screen. This Innolux TFT-LCD is a 7.0 inch with Consumer Lcd Display, it have LCD Controller and Tft Color Screen. Based on datasheet with version of Final Ver05 which was released out on 12 7 2015, AT070TN84 V.1 supports display 800(RGB)×480 (WVGA) with aspect ratio of 15:9 (W:H), whose pixels are arranged in RGB Vertical Stripe. As for mechanical detail, it features active area of 152.4(W)×91.44(H) mm, outline size of 165(W)×104(H)×6.3(D) mm, viewing area size of 155.2(W)×94.2(H) mm, with surface treament of Antiglare, net weight of TBD. As a TN, Normally White, Transmissive LCM product, AT070TN84 V.1 can provides 450 cd/m² display brightness 500:1 transimissive contrast ratio, 70/70/50/70 (Typ.)(CR≥10) (L/R/U/D) viewing angle, best view direction on 6 o'clock , and response time of 10/15 (Typ.)(Tr/Td) ms. Gray scale or the brightness of the sub-pixel is determined with a 6-bit gray scale signal for each dot, thus presenting a palette of 262K colors. This product adopted 3S9P WLED as it's backlight systerm which was placed as Edge light type and have a working life time of 20K hours, external backlight driver is additionally needed. AT070TN84 V.1 utilizes Parallel RGB (1 ch, 6-bit) as it's signal inputting systerm, which connected by 60 pins FPC with power supply voltage of 3.3/10.4/16.0/-7.0V (Typ.)(VCC/AVDD/VGH/VGL).
