Innolux Corporation (hereafter called Innolux) AT070TN83 V.1 (Alias: AT070TN83 V1) is a 7.0 inch diagonal a-Si TFT-LCD display panel product, with an integral WLED backlight system, With LED Driver , without touch screen. It features an operating temperature range of -20 ~ 70°C , a storage temperature range of -30 ~ 80°C . This Innolux TFT-LCD is a 7.0 inch with Consumer Lcd Display, it have LCD Controller and Tft Color Screen. AT070TN83 V.1 supports display 800(RGB)×480 (WVGA) with aspect ratio of 15:9 (W:H), whose pixels are arranged in RGB Vertical Stripe. As for mechanical detail, it features active area of 152.4(W)×91.44(H) mm, outline size of 165(W)×104(H)×5.8(D) mm, viewing area size of 155.3(W)×94.3(H) mm, with surface treament of Antiglare, net weight of 130g (Typ.). As a TN, Normally White, Transmissive LCM product, AT070TN83 V.1 can provides 300 cd/m² display brightness 500:1 transimissive contrast ratio, 70/70/50/70 (Typ.)(CR≥10) (L/R/U/D) viewing angle, best view direction on 6 o'clock , and response time of 10/15 (Typ.)(Tr/Td) ms. Gray scale or the brightness of the sub-pixel is determined with a 6-bit gray scale signal for each dot, thus presenting a palette of 262K colors. This product adopted WLED as it's backlight systerm which was placed as Edge light type and have a working life time of 20K hours, With LED Driver. AT070TN83 V.1 utilizes TTL (1 ch, 6-bit) as it's signal inputting systerm, which connected by 40 pins Connector with power supply voltage of 3.3V (Typ.)(VCC). It's typical vertical frame rate (Fv) is 60Hz.
