The SJ056NA-01A is a 5.6 inch diagonal a-Si TFT-LCD display panel product from Chimei Innolux Corporation (hereafter called Chimei Innolux), with an integral WLED backlight system, With LED Driver , touch screen 4-wire Resistive Touch. It features an operating temperature range of -20 ~ 70°C , a storage temperature range of -30 ~ 80°C . This Innolux TFT-LCD is a 5.6 inch with Consumer Lcd Display, it have LCD Controller and Tft Color Screen. SJ056NA-01A supports display 640(RGB)×480 (VGA) with aspect ratio of 4:3 (W:H), whose pixels are arranged in RGB Vertical Stripe. As for mechanical detail, it features active area of 112.896(W)×84.672(H) mm, outline size of 169(W)×103(H)×11.6(D) mm, with surface treament of Antiglare, Hard coating (3H), net weight of 188g (Typ.). As a TN, Normally White, Transmissive LCM product, SJ056NA-01A can provides 280 cd/m² display brightness 500:1 transimissive contrast ratio, 70/70/50/70 (Typ.)(CR≥10) (L/R/U/D) viewing angle, best view direction on 6 o'clock , and response time of 10/15 (Typ.)(Tr/Td) ms. Gray scale or the brightness of the sub-pixel is determined with a 8-bit gray scale signal for each dot, thus presenting a palette of 16.7M colors. This product adopted WLED as it's backlight systerm which was placed as Edge light type and have a working life time of 50K hours, With LED Driver. SJ056NA-01A utilizes Parallel RGB (1 ch, 8-bit) + SPI as it's signal inputting systerm, which connected by 70 pins FPC with power supply voltage of 3.3V (Typ.). It's typical vertical frame rate (Fv) is 60Hz.
