Chimei Innolux Corporation (hereafter called Chimei Innolux) G070Y3-T01 is a 7.0 inch diagonal a-Si TFT-LCD display screen product, with an incorporated WLED lighting system, without backlight driver, without touch screen. This Innolux TFT-LCD is a 7.0 inch with Consumer Lcd Display, it have LCD Controller and Tft Color Screen. Based on datasheet with version of Ver2.5 which was released out on 7 13 2011, G070Y3-T01 supports display 800(RGB)×480 (WVGA) with aspect ratio of 17:9 (W:H), whose pixels are arranged in RGB Vertical Stripe. As for mechanical detail, it features active area of 156(W)×82.8(H) mm, outline size of 168(W)×94(H)×6.65(D) mm, viewing area size of 159.3(W)×86.0(H) mm, with surface treament of Antiglare (Haze 25%), Hard coating (3H), net weight of 180g (Typ.). As a TN, Normally White, Transmissive LCM product, G070Y3-T01 can provides 600 cd/m² display brightness 650:1 transimissive contrast ratio, 70/70/60/60 (Typ.)(CR≥10) (L/R/U/D) viewing angle, best view direction on 6 o'clock , and response time of 5/11 (Typ.)(Tr/Td) ms. Gray scale or the brightness of the sub-pixel is determined with a 6-bit gray scale signal for each dot, thus presenting a palette of 262K colors, also with performance of color gamut 60% (NTSC). This product adopted 9S3P WLED as it's backlight systerm which was placed as Edge light type (Bottom side) and have a working life time of 30K hours, external backlight driver is additionally needed. G070Y3-T01 utilizes TTL (1 ch, 6-bit) as it's signal inputting systerm, which connected by 50 pins FPC with power supply voltage of 3.3/10.5/18/-7V (Typ.)(VCC/AVDD/VGH/VGL).
