AUO 15 inch eDP TFT-LCD panel G150XTN03.4

AU Optronics Corp. (hereafter called AUO) G150XTN03.4 is a 15.0 inch diagonal a-Si TFT-LCD display panel product, with an integral WLED backlight system, With LED Driver , without touch screen. It features an operating temperature range of 0 ~ 65°C , a storage temperature range of -20 ~ 65°C. This AUO TFT-LCD is a 15.0 inch with Consumer Lcd Display, it have LCD Controller and Tft Color Screen. G150XTN03.4 supports display 1024(RGB)×768 (XGA) with aspect ratio of 4:3 (W:H), whose pixels are arranged in RGB Vertical Stripe. As for mechanical detail, it features active area of 304.128(W)×228.096(H) mm, outline size of 326.5(W)×253.5(H)×10(D) mm, viewing area size of 313.55(W)×237.25(H) mm, with surface treament of Antiglare, Hard coating (3H), net weight of 1.02Kgs (Max.). As a TN, Normally White, Transmissive LCM product, G150XTN03.4 can provides 350 cd/m² display brightness 800:1 transimissive contrast ratio, 80/80/70/80 (Typ.)(CR≥10) (L/R/U/D) viewing angle , and response time of 5.7/2.3 (Typ.)(Tr/Td) ms. Gray scale or the brightness of the sub-pixel is determined with a 6-bit / 6-bit + FRC gray scale signal for each dot, thus presenting a palette of 262K/16.2M colors, also with performance of color gamut 60% (NTSC). This product adopted WLED as it's backlight systerm which was placed as Edge light type (Bottom side) and have a working life time of 50K hours, With LED Driver. G150XTN03.4 utilizes eDP (1 Lane) as it's signal inputting systerm, which connected by 30 pins Connector with power supply voltage of 3.3V (Typ.). It's typical vertical frame rate (Fv) is 60Hz.
