Soft starting device is used to control high-voltage AC motor starting equipment, its main component is connected to the power supply and the controlled motor between the three anti-parallel thyristor components and its electronic control device. ZSSGQH series of high-voltage solid-state soft-start device is made up of several thyristors connected in series. By controlling the triggering angle of the thyristor to control the output voltage, it can meet different voltage and current requirements during motor starting. In the process of motor starting, ZSSGQH series high-voltage solid-state soft starter increases the motor terminal voltage according to the pre-set starting curve, which makes the motor smooth and accelerates, thus reducing electrical and mechanical shocks to the grid, motor and connected equipment. When the motor starts to reach the normal speed, the bypass vacuum contactor or circuit breaker is connected and the motor is started. During the running of the motor, the soft starter continues to monitor the motor, measuring the motor current and voltage in real time and providing various fault protection.
