There are mature treatment schemes for motor insulation damage
The 1140V explosion-proof inverter adopts three-level structure, the voltage rise rate DV / DT is reduced to half of the two-level inverter, the output voltage level increases, the relative amplitude of each level decreases, the voltage change decreases, the current pulsation decreases, which indirectly reduces the electromagnetic interference, greatly reduces the insulation damage of the inverter output to the motor, and effectively solves the problem of motor insulation damage, extend the service life of the motor.
IGBT neutral clamping technology
By clamping the turn-on and turn off of IGBT, the current flowing into or out of the neutral point of DC side capacitor when the output voltage of a certain phase is zero is eliminated. The problems of neutral point potential drift and poor output voltage waveform are solved.
It has excellent power balance function to ensure the balanced output of each motor in the multi machine drive system, and the unbalance degree is less than 3%

Applications:
