PU Rod DIA 10--350mm Nature/Red/Tea Color ,Density 1.18 g/cm3, PU thermosetting polyurethane elastomer (PU for short), cast polyurethane, commonly called urethane, a new composite material between plastic and rubber, is formed after chemical reaction of polymer polyalcohol and isocyanate through chain extension and cross linkage. It is divided into polyether and polyester according to its backbone chain.

Main Properties:

Polyurethane rods has a high load bearing capacity and excellent tear resistance. Polyurethane is also abrasion, oil, and solvent resistant, with a high resistance to sunlight and weather conditions. Polyurethane rods provides superior sound dampening properties in relation to rubber and plastics and is also great for electrical insulating propertie.

Applications:

It is used for shock absorption backing plate, spacer and spring of metallurgy, coal mine, petroleum, automobile, building material, sports, heavy machine and large press equipment as well as die f metal plate and tube. For friction, buffer or shock absorption effect of general purpose machinery equipment, it is ideal mould spring.

Q2: Is your sample free?

A2:Yes, our samples are free, but the shipping cost is paid by the buyer.

Q3: What about the MOQ ? 

A3:In addition to the sample, the minimum order quantity for a regular size product is 100kgs.

Q4: What about the packing ?

A4:  As per factory's exported standard, usually use steel pallets.

Q5: What about the payment term ?

A5:we accept payment by L/C , T/T, usually 30% deposit is requested before production. 50% deposit is request for customzied items.

Q6: What's your delivery time?

A6:For samples: within 1-3 working days; For orders: within 7-30 working days.
