POM Sheet features:

1, mechanical properties: Because POM is a highly crystalline polymer, has a high modulus of elasticity, high hardness and stiffness. Can be used at -40~100 °C for a long time. Moreover, it is resistant to repeated shocks and has little change in strength. The strength is rarely affected by temperature changes. POM is a variety of thermoplastic materials with superior fatigue strength and creep.

2, hot blood performance: POM has a higher heat distortion temperature, homopolymerization is 136 ° C, copolymerization is 110 ° C. However, due to differences in molecular structure, copolymerization has a higher continuous use temperature.

3, chemical resistance: The basic structure of polyoxymethylene determines that it does not have a normal temperature solvent. At or near the melting point of the resin, almost no solvent is found, and only a few substances and perfluoroacetic acid can form a very dilute solution. Therefore, in all engineering plastics, POM is very resistant to organic solvents and oil. Especially in high temperature conditions, it has very good corrosion resistance, and the size and mechanical mildness change little.

4, electrical performance: POM has one of the good electrical properties, its dielectric Changshu is not affected by temperature and humidity. Trace impurities due to different manufacturing processes: The difference can have an order of magnitude effect on volume resistance.
