Black Antistatic Esd Pom Sheet

Antistatic Esd Pom sheet is extruded at a high temperature by an extruder through POM plastic particles, and extruded through a corresponding die to obtain sheets of different thicknesses. Esd Polyacetal POM sheet is a high melting point, high crystalline thermoplastic engineering plastic. Due to the good characteristics of the POM board, ESD POM sheet is very suitable for machining on automatic lathes, especially for the manufacture of precision parts.

Anheda uses imported POM virgin material,import production equipment and self developed technology for the production of the highes quality ESD POM sheet, it is produced by only virgin grade resin without any recycle material added. 

Main Properties: 

Antistatic Esd Pom sheet has high crystallinity, good colorability, very low water absorption, high hardness, high rigidity, high creep resistance and stress relaxation ability, excellent wear resistance, self-lubricating property, and fatigue property. Engineering plastics cannot be compared. Higher heat distortion temperature.
