Product Description


POM(Delrin) is a better material having better mechanical values compared with polyamide and cast polyamide. Although its non-stickness is not as high as Teflon, it proves very good results in non-oily environments. Although it is a lot more resistant than Teflon, it does not show the same resistance to the chemicals. Because its density is about 1.55 g/cm3, it is heavier and more costly than polyethylene and Polyamide. It used for the manufacturing of gears, the parts that require very often removed and installed(like the fuel filler caps of cars) and the skids with bearings.

POM is the crystalline thermoplastic of choice for impact and wears resistance in a wide range of industrial and mechanical applications. With low, consistent internal stress, the material is easily machined and fabricated, experiencing little dimensional change during machining and use.

Q1: Are you a factory or trade company?

A1: we are a manufacturter for semi-finished engineering plastic sheet & rod like "

Q2: Is your sample free?

A2:Yes, our samples are free, but the shipping cost is paid by the buyer.


Q3: What about the MOQ ? 

A3:In addition to the sample, the minimum order quantity for a regular size product is 100kgs.



Q4: What about the packing ?

A4:  As per factory's exported standard, usually use steel pallets.


Q5: What about the payment term ?

A5:we accept payment by L/C , T/T, usually 30% deposit is requested before production. 50% deposit is request for customzied items.


Q6: What's your delivery time?
