Extruded Antistatic 100% Virgin POM Delrin Rod

POM rods are extruded with POM plastic particles through an extruder at high temperature and extruded through the corresponding die mouth to obtain sheets of different thickness. It is a thermoplastic engineering plastic with high melting point and high crystallinity. POM board is a smooth, shiny, hard and dense material, light yellow or white, and can be used for a long time in the temperature range of -40-100 ° C. Its abrasion resistance and self-lubricity are also superior to most engineering plastics, and it has good oil and peroxide resistance. POM is a crystalline plastic with a clear melting point. Once it reaches the melting point, the melt viscosity decreases rapidly. When the temperature exceeds a certain limit or the melt is heated for too long, it will cause decomposition.
