Product Description

POM rods are available in black and white. They are an engineering plastic with excellent overall properties. It is a polymer of formaldehyde, no side chain, high crystallinity and high density linear polymer.

Extruded Pom Rod Main Performance

1.Physical properties: POM rod is a hard and dense material with smooth surface and luster. It is light yellow or white, black, with high crystallinity, good coloration, stable size and very low water absorption.

2.Mechanical properties: POM plastic rod has high hardness and rigidity, high creep resistance and stress relaxation, excellent wear resistance, self- lubricating and fatigue resistance, these good mechanical properties are unmatched by other engineering plastics.

3.Thermal performance: Polyformaldehyde Rod has a high heat distortion temperature, can be used for a long time in the temperature range of -40℃ -104 ℃.

4.Electrical properties: The dielectric loss and dielectric constant vary little over a wide range of frequencies and temperatures, maintaining good arc resistance.

5. Chemical properties: POM rod has good solvent resistance, oil resistance, weak acidity and weak alkalinity.
