Product Properties:

1. Mechanical Properties

• High Strength: Tensile strength of 60-80MPa and flexural strength of 80-120MPa, suitable for load-bearing structural components.
• Excellent Wear Resistance: Low friction coefficient and minimal wear, commonly used in friction-prone parts like bearings and sliders.
• Good Toughness: Impact strength of 50-100kJ/m² at room temperature, resistant to brittle fracture at low temperatures.

2. Thermal Properties

• Melting point of 215-225℃. The heat distortion temperature of ordinary sheets is 60-80℃, which can be increased to over 150℃ after reinforcement modification. The recommended long-term service temperature is ≤100℃.

3. Chemical Properties

• Resistant to inorganic acids, alkalis, salt solutions, and oils. Avoid exposure to strong oxidizing acids (such as concentrated sulfuric acid) and organic solvents like phenols and formic acid.

4. Processing Properties

• Supports machining (turning, milling), thermoforming (vacuum/molding), welding, and bonding, suitable for manufacturing complex components.

Applications of PA6 Sheet:
