Product Introduction

PA6 (polyamide 6 = nylon 6) is a crystalline engineering plastic. It is a high toughness material with a low coefficient of friction, wear resistance and excellent self-lubricating properties. It is also very resistant to oil and chemicals and is therefore best suited for use as a mechanical material. Nylon 6 with 30% glass fiber added has far superior mechanical properties than ordinary nylon 6. Compared with the ordinary nylon 6, the following aspects are improved: the tensile strength, the deformation temperature and the shear strength are improved, the creep resistance, the  dimensional stability are improved, and the water absorption and the thermal expansion type are lowered.
