These PCBs integrate flexible PCBs and rigid PCBs. Because connectors are not required for connection between layers, they are ideal for digital devices that are vulnerable to noise effect. In addition, these PCBs enable the creation of thinner devices by connector-less design and achieve three-dimensional implementation. They are utilized for small mobile devices and digital still cameras that incorporate many high-performance components or cameras.Rigid-Flex circuit is made from a combination of a PI flex material sandwiched between FR4 epoxy or Polyimide rigid layers.
In a Rigid-Flex PCB, drilling and plating are processed through Rigid-Flex sandwiched areas.

A: Gerber or .pcb or .pcbdoc or .brd file is required.
Q: What files need for custom PCB assembly order?
A: Gerber and the BOM files are required, if you have pick&place file, send it to us as well.
Q: What is payment terms acceptable?
A: For new customer and the total amount within 10000usd, 100% payment in advance by PayPal or T/T or WU. For total amount beyond 10000usd, please contact us.
Q: What files need for PCB/PCBA clone services?
