Regular frequencies can use FR-4 plates, but high-frequency materials should be used around 1-5G frequencies, such as semi-ceramic materials. The more commonly used ones are ROGERS 4350 series, 4003 series, 5880 series, etc....but If the frequency is higher than 5G, it is better to use PTFE material, that is, polytetrafluoroethylene. This material has good high-frequency performance, but the processing technology has limitations, such as hot air leveling surface technology. What is Fr4?
FR-4, is a widely acceptable international grade desination for fiberglass reinforced epoxy laminated that are flame retardant (self extinguishing). After add copper layer on one or each side FR4, it become to Copper Clad Laminate (CCL), and this is the non-conductive core materail for normal printed cricuit board (PCB). Printed circuit board using FR4 as core material will be named as "FR4 PCB".
PCB is used to mechanically support and electrically connect electronic components using conductive pathways, tracks or signal traces etched from copper clad laminate substrate. Sometimes, PCB also named Printed Wiring Board (PWB) or etching wiring board if no extra electronic components was added on.
Classification of FR4 Printed Circuit Board
According to number of copper trace layers, FR4 printed circuit board is normally divided into following types:
Single Sided (S/S), or Single layer;
Double Sided (D/S), or double layer, 2 Layers, 2 layer;
Four Layers (4 layer), Six Layers (6 layer), Eight Layers (8 layer), Ten Layers (10 layer)

Usually, for sample order, our delivery is about five days. For small-batch, our delivery is about seven days.
For the mass production batch, our delivery is about ten days.
But that depends on the real condition when we get your order.

Q15: Will you check my files before production?
A: Yes, our engineer will check your Gerber file and BOM list to avoid any mistake.
Q16: My budget is limited; can you provide solutions to save cost?
A: Yes, we can. For example, for PCBA: Replace the DIP components with SMD components, so it can narrow the PCB board size to save cost. Re-layout the PCB to reduce the size, it can save cost. Also, we can recommend alternative components.
