The XF-1216P Small Capacity Battery Maintainer is mainly developed to solve the problem of all kinds of electric vehicle battery sulphation of a new generation of high-tech intelligent electronic products. High-quality switching power supply of the internal control by the MCU software to produce special frequency pulse. Produce resonance under the action of pulse current, the reduction of lead sulfate crystals for resonant dissolved lead and sulfuric acid, can significantly improve the actual capacity of the battery. The 12V Battery Restore System is suitable for all kinds of lead-acid batteries of 12V/16V, 4.5Ah to 30Ah. It has safety effect to eliminate sulfation and restore the actual capacity of battery.

The Electric Tricycle and Bicycle battery normally forms lead sulfate crystals during discharge, and can be easily reduced to lead if it is charged in time. If the battery used and maintained improperly, negative plate will gradually formed a thick and hard lead sulfate crystallization, the lead sulfate crystals is difficult to remove during the charge process by the common charger in the conventional way, this phenomenon often occurs in the negative, called "irreversible sulfation", referred to as "sulfur". It causes the decline of the battery capacity and even the cause of the termination of the battery life.
