How to clean earphones, earplugs, hearing aids and other small electronic products

Clean with a soft, dry, lint free cloth and an industrial dust-free cleanroom swab.

Please clean the earphones with a damp cloth slightly dipped in water, and then dry them with a soft and dry lint free cloth and an industrial dust-free cleanroom swab. Wait until the headset is completely dry before putting it into the charging box. Do not attempt to use the headphones until they are completely dry. Make sure not to spill any liquid into the opening. Clean the microphone and speaker grille with a dry cleanroom swab. Do not use sharp objects or abrasive materials to clean AirPods or AirPods Pro. Please use a soft, dry, lint free cloth and an industrial dust-free cleanroom swab to clean the charging box. If necessary, you can use isopropyl alcohol to lightly dip the wet cloth. Let the charging box dry naturally. Make sure not to spill any liquid into the charging port. Here are some other guidelines: Use a small, clean, dry, soft bristled brush to remove any debris from the lightning connector. Do not use abrasive materials to clean the charging box. To avoid damaging the metal contact points, do not place any objects in the charging port.
