Dust-free foam cleaning swabs
MFS-1001 Sponge Round Tip Cleaner is a purification cotton swab produced in a clean room. The production of the purifying sponge cleaner is carried out in accordance with various production requirements, and the use requirements are also very strict. It will not scratch the object being cleaned and the cleaning stick will not splinter. Particles and liquids enter the holes of the cotton swab and are not easily squeezed out or squeezed out due to the blocking ability of the cleaning stick. Very strong, excellent purification ability, it is a very good cleaning consumable.
MFS-1001 is thermally bonded by 100PPI open-cell polyurethane foam & light green PP handle, its cleanroom laundered foam head possesses high solvent capacity and good cushioning. It is free from organic contaminants such as silicone, amide and phthalate esters, and it features very low non-volatile residue (NVR), ion content and particle generation. MFS-1001 is the ideal swab for eliminating contamination on surfaces and hard-to-reach areas, and is the perfect replacement for the typical cotton swab in applications that require superior cleanliness.
