FS742 double head sponge round head anti-static purification wipe is especially suitable for wiping small holes and grooves in products, the round head shape provides more contact surface between the wipe head and the product to be wiped, the thick sponge head provides a good buffering force during the wiping process, as well as stronger liquid absorption capacity, the PP plastic rod uses a special chemical formula, which has excellent anti-static properties, but also to ensure the high cleanliness of the product. The hardness of the PP plastic rod is adjusted to the optimum level to avoid the use of too soft and not enough wiping strength, and not too hard and the impact on the product, the open sponge head provides a larger contact surface and adsorption space, so that pollutants in the wiping process quickly into the sponge hole, to achieve the best clean effect.

MFS-742 double head is thermally bonded by 100PPI open-cell polyurethane foam & light green PP handle, its cleanroom laundered foam head possesses high solvent capacity and good cushioning. It is free from organic contaminants such as silicone, amide and phthalate esters, and it features very low non-volatile residue (NVR), ion content and particle generation. MFS-741 is the ideal swab for eliminating contamination on surfaces and hard-to-reach areas, and is the perfect replacement for the typical cotton swab in applications that require superior cleanliness.
