MFS-1001 Microfiber Sponge Tipped Cleaning Stick is thermoplastically processed from polyurethane sponge and PP plastic rod, free from organic contaminants such as silicone, ammonia, phthalates, in a dust-free workshop with level of ISO purification 4 Wash with pure water and purify the packaging in two bags. The sponge head is hermetically sealed with heat-sealed edges, which can effectively prevent the generation of dust particles. The sponge has excellent wear resistance and cleaning performance, and can be cleaned repeatedly. Acetone has excellent compatibility and has good solvent absorption and blocking ability.

MFS-1001 is thermally bonded by 100PPI open-cell polyurethane foam & light green PP handle, its cleanroom laundered foam head possesses high solvent capacity and good cushioning. It is free from organic contaminants such as silicone, amide and phthalate esters, and it features very low non-volatile residue (NVR), ion content and particle generation. MFS-1001 is the ideal swab for eliminating contamination on surfaces and hard-to-reach areas, and is the perfect replacement for the typical cotton swab in applications that require superior cleanliness.
