The bending and forming of metal plates are carried out on the plate bending machine. The workpiece to be formed is placed on the plate bending machine, and the brake shoe is lifted with the lifting lever, and the workpiece slides to the appropriate position, then lower the brake shoe to the workpiece to be formed, and realize the metal bending forming by exerting force to the bending lever on the bending machine. The minimum bending radius is a function of the ductility and thickness of the forming metal. For aluminum plate, the bending radius of metal is larger than the thickness of the plate. When bending, due to a certain rebound, the bending angle of the metal is slightly larger than the required angle. The bending of metal plates is carried out in the metal processing workshop.
