Type C Customize Jumbo Bags (Conductive bags) are made from fine conductive threads produced in house by using most modern technology to achieve best conductive properties.Type C FIBC  refer to the class of FIBCs that actually protects against dangerous static discharges through grounding of the bag itself during the filling and discharging processes. These bags are safe when grounded because any electrostatic potential that builds up as a result of rapid filling or discharging quickly and safely exits the big bag to ground via the network of conductive fibers woven into the fabric of the bag. This is true as long as the bag continually remains grounded.The Jumbo Bags are Suitable for flammable and explosive products and dangerous environment. 

The Jumbo FIBC Bags conductive threads are woven in to the fabric by using special looms with extra attachment during weaving process.

During production on-line checks ensure all the properties are kept under control such as tensile, elongation, insulation values etc.

The FIBC Bags conductive fabric is cut in to different measurement and the bags are made by using interconnected conductive. Threads along with earth tab, with a leakage resistance from any point of the conductive fabric structure to the grounding point of less than 10⁸ ohms.

For the quality of our products, we only purchase PP materials of the highest quality , and as to the process, we have our special leading technology craft and patents.

And we have a cooperative laboratory with the Chinese Customs Department with a specialized lifting test machine to test the overall load-bearing capability, even more, we can provide the China Quality Standard Report.

Q2: Do you offer customize product?

Yes. We design and make the bags according to the customer's requirement. Just contact us and we will help you to design the product and then make it out.

Q3: Can I get a sample to check quality, and what is the cost and sampling time?

Yes, you can.

For our existing products, we will charge for freight only.

For the customized product, there is no design fee, but we will charge the sample production (200 CNY per piece) and the freight fee. The sampling time is usually 1 day.
