Evolis CK-ACL001 compatible Laminator Adhesive Cleaning Cards feature a low-tack adhesive paper that cleans dust and other particle from your printer transport rollers and adhesive rollers to help avoid damage to your printhead and help ensure high quality of printing effect. Simply run the adhesive cleaning cards through your printer to clean the rollers. Please note adhesive cleaning card can only remove dust and tiny particle, you need a IPA presaturated cleaning card to clean ink, residue, and debris.
Clean the Thermal Print Head by using a back & forth motion to effectively remove dirt and debris accumulated on the print head thus extending its life and maintaining a readable image.
Characteristics
High and Low Tack Double Coated Tape
A film tape coated on one side with a high tack ( permanent ) pressure sensitive adhesive and on the other side with a low tack ( removable ) pressure sensitive adhesive.
Double Coated Tape, with high tack permanently tape onto the surface of PVC Card and low tack surface is protected by Silicone treated paper release liner.
The plastic handle on the cleaning swab is filled with 99.9% IPA solution.
Simply squeeze or snap the plastic handle and the foam head becomes saturated with just the right amount of cleaning solution.
