The principle of pink LED light is that led is made of III-IV compounds, such as GaAs, gap, GaAsP and other semiconductors, and its core is PN junction. Therefore, it has the I-N characteristics of general PN junction, i.e. forward conduction, reverse cut-off and breakdown characteristics. In addition, under certain conditions, it also has luminescent properties. Under the positive voltage, electrons are injected into the p region from the N region, and holes are injected into the N region from the p region. Some of the minority carriers entering the opposite region are combined with the majority of carriers to emit light. LED is a kind of solid-state semiconductor device that can convert electric energy into visible light, that is, light-emitting diode, which can directly convert electricity into light. Use pink phosphor to match, use blue chip to excite into pink LED.
