What is blue LED used for? 

Blue LED can be blue SMD LED or blue through-hole LED. It's widely used in kinds of electronic product such as computer screens, LED idsplay, LED bill board ect. 2835 SMD LED is a flat top SMD LED normally. In this 3825UBC47D2L17A60, we also add a clear dome lens on the top of SMD LED to make sure this Dome Lens SMD LED are able to provide 60 degree beam angle. With this dome lens, this 470nm LED can emits longer lighting distance. This blue LED can reach brightness range of 1800-2000mcd when people light it up with 60mA current.
