We added an IC when we produce the  Blue Through-hole LED, then there we go~ This LED can be a 5mm Flashing LED - with water clear flat top lens. These LED will make the LED got a 120 degree like the SMD LED. There just have one single LED chip for the emitting job inside of this Flashing LED, of course there have one IC inside to control it also, the frequency of LED is up to this IC~ There have different IC in the market, so you can choose any of them for your need. 

This LED can work at a voltage of 3.5-4.5 volts and the product uses LED special epoxy resin, strong and durable, suitable for all kinds of DIY electronic toy lamp products.

Base material: Pure gold wire and copper supporter

With this case, it also can be RGB LED, UV LED, IR LED, 5mm Blue Through-hole LED, 5mm Green Through-hole LED ect.
