IR (infrared) LEDs 970-980nm High power IR (infrared) LEDs (Light Emitting Diodes, Emitter) from BESTLED Opto Semiconductors. 3528FIRC-97L14I100 is a small power Infrared LED that the material is AlGaAs/Si Chips. We using the 99.99% high pure gold wire for the inside connection and copper frame for better performance. The wavelength is between 970nm-980nm, which is cannot see any red spot when it's working. 970nm-980nm IR LED can be widely used in health care industry. It's found that 970nm IR LEDs are to measure water in the body.
