3mm 940nm LED 0.3W Infrared Through-hole LED

When we choose the IR LED, we need to leave some room for the radiation of infrared LED. Please don't design the overloaded circuit for the 940nm LED or the other wavelengths, that will cause heavy luminous decay to the 940nm Through-hole IR LED.

LED have a strong penetrability, but different medium will make different affect. Different window glass, such as automatic defrosting coated glass, also has different attenuation to infrared light. Besides, it is possible to reflect infrared rays and make the picture got all white or aperture phenomenon. So please check the using condition before choose the IR LED.
