If this ultra warm LED's color can acceptable in you r side, this will definitely save lots of cost for you. When we produce white lights, we usually use blue chips to produce them. During the encapsulation process, we add phosphor. The blue light emitted from the LED chip is scattered multiple times in the phosphor layer and partially absorbed by the phosphor. The phosphor is excited to produce green with a peak wavelength of 550 nm. This green and transmissive blue light plus synthetic white light
