     For LED factory, there have two way to produce the white LED. The first method: We only produce one RGBW LED, which has four red, green, blue and white colors in the chip. When it's done, we only need to pass all the wires through all the wires. After all the colors are emitted, we can get the white LEDs! Second, we packaged the blue LED chip inside the SMD LED and then added phosphor during the packaging process. For InGaN/YAG white LEDs, by changing the chemical composition of the YAG phosphor and adjusting the thickness of the phosphor layer, white light of various colors having a color temperature of 3,500 to 10,000 K can be obtained. This is the most popular and easiest way to produce white LEDs.
